Jetwipes® are designed to combat the effects of phosphate ester-based hydraulic fluids on sensitive areas of the skin. Until now, there has never been an all-in-one method of relief from the effects that these hydraulic fluids have on the face and other sensitive areas. As aviation technicians, we are aware of the effects that these fluids have on sensitive areas. Exposure can dry and irritate skin. Prolonged exposure can lead to more serious complications such as acute dermatitis. The introduction of an all- in-one disposable wipe represents an improved method of application that is safe, convenient and efficient. Jetwipes are individually wrapped consisting of a Biodegradable nonwoven wipe impregnated with 100% castor oil. Jetwipes are equally at home in the hangar or out in the field. Use Jetwipes at line stations, MRO’s, out stations and on road trips to remote locations where conventional mediation can be a challenge.
